Kentucky Grapplers
Kevin Harrison Taylor (1969–2023) was a martial arts instructor, teacher, artist, musician, playwright, theater designer, and licensed massage therapist from Kentucky.
He started karate at age 10, became internationally ranked by 13, and trained in styles including Wing Chun, boxing, and under Bruce Lee student Larry Hartsell. He taught seminars worldwide before opening Kentucky Grapplers in Bowling Green around 2014 after moving back and deciding to expand from garage teaching into a full school offering classes in Wing Chun, Kali-Silat, Jun Fan, Jeet Kune Do, and more.
The school focused on building a “warrior mentality” for self-defense and personal growth. He passed away in 2023
